If your shipment arrives warm or the cold packs have fully melted, please follow these steps:
1. Take photos
Take clear photos of:
The inside of the shipping box
The vial
The cold packs
Packaging labels
2. Contact support right away
Reach out to Mevo Health support as soon as possible.
A pharmacy representative or licensed provider will review the situation to determine the appropriate next steps.
3. Wait for guidance
Do not use the medication until you have received instructions from a Mevo Health team member or the dispensing pharmacy.
They will evaluate the condition of the shipment and advise whether replacement or further action is needed.
