Mevo Health is designed to help keep your treatment consistent and uninterrupted. In most cases, refills are processed automatically based on your treatment schedule, and no action is required from you.
Automatic Refills
Most refills are shipped automatically, so you do not need to manually request a refill each month.
Once your refill is due:
Your prescription is sent for processing
The pharmacy prepares your shipment
Tracking information is typically sent once a shipping label is created
If you need to make changes to your treatment, shipping information, or refill timing, please contact support before your refill is processed.
Refill Check-Ins
Most refills do not require a check-in.
After your 6th refill, you may be asked to complete a refill check-in or treatment update. This helps your provider review:
Treatment progress
Side effects or symptoms
Dose tolerance
Medical or medication changes
Your provider may use this information to determine whether any adjustments or follow-up are needed.
Dose Changes and Treatment Updates
If you are interested in a dose adjustment, experiencing side effects, or have had changes to your medical history or medications, please contact support or notify your provider.
Your provider may review your treatment information before making any changes to your prescription.
Shipment Processing
Once a refill is processed:
Your medication is prepared by the pharmacy
Orders are packaged using appropriate shipping materials
Tracking information is sent when available
Most refill shipments are processed within 5–8 business days, although timelines may vary based on pharmacy operations, carrier conditions, weather, and holidays.
Important Information
Automatic refills help prevent interruptions in treatment. If you would like to pause treatment, cancel your plan, update your shipping information, or request changes to your prescription, please contact support before your next refill is processed.
