For each refill:
You will receive a refill reminder
You’ll complete a brief check-in form about your symptoms and progress
A licensed provider reviews your information
If the provider determines that a refill and/or dose change is clinically appropriate, a prescription will be sent to the pharmacy
The pharmacy prepares the medication and ships it using temperature-controlled packaging
Refills are processed when:
Your provider approves the refill
Your billing cycle renews
The pharmacy completes preparation and dispensing
Shipping timelines may vary, but most patients receive refills in a similar timeframe to their initial order.
Some states may require a short live video or audio consultation before treatment can be approved.
