How Do Refills Ship?

Learn how Mevo Health refill shipments work, including refill reminders, provider review, pharmacy processing, shipping timelines, and refill approval steps.

Mevo Health refill shipments follow a review and approval process designed to support safe and consistent treatment.

Step 1: Refill Reminder

Before your next refill, you may receive a reminder through:

  • Email

  • SMS notifications

This reminder helps you complete your refill check-in before your next shipment is due.

Step 2: Complete Your Refill Check-In

You may be asked to complete a brief questionnaire about:

  • Symptoms or side effects

  • Weight or progress updates

  • Medication tolerance

  • General treatment experience

  • Medical or medication changes

Step 3: Provider Review

A licensed provider reviews your refill information.

If the provider determines that continued treatment or a dose adjustment is clinically appropriate:

  • Your prescription is sent to the dispensing pharmacy

  • Additional follow-up may be requested if needed

Some states may require a short live video or audio consultation before treatment can be approved.

Step 4: Pharmacy Processing & Shipping

Once approved, the pharmacy:

  • Prepares your medication

  • Packages the shipment using temperature-conscious materials

  • Generates tracking information once the shipping label is created

Refill processing depends on:

  • Provider approval timing

  • Billing renewal status

  • Pharmacy preparation timelines

  • Carrier transit schedules

Most refill shipments arrive within a timeframe similar to your initial order, although shipping times can vary.

Need Additional Help?

Delays in refill questionnaires, billing issues, or provider follow-up requests may affect refill shipment timing.
