How Shipping Works at Mevo Health

A simple overview of our shipping process.

Once you are approved by a Mevo Health provider, your prescription is sent to one of our licensed United States partner pharmacies.

From there, the pharmacy:

  • Prepares your medication according to their compounding standards

  • Labels the prescription

  • Includes syringes and general usage information

  • Packages the order using temperature controlled insulation

Your package ships

  • Typically within 5 to 8 business days after approval

  • Tracking is sent by email and SMS

  • Shipping times may vary based on pharmacy location

You receive your shipment

  • Delivered by UPS or FedEx

  • Arrives in insulated packaging with cold packs designed to help maintain temperature during transit
