Once a licensed Mevo Health provider approves your treatment, your prescription is sent to one of our licensed U.S. partner pharmacies for fulfillment.
What Happens After Approval
After your prescription is received, the pharmacy:
Prepares your medication according to pharmacy and compounding standards
Labels your prescription
Includes syringes or injection supplies when applicable
Adds general medication instructions
Packages your order using insulated, temperature-conscious packaging
Once your shipment is prepared, tracking updates are typically sent through email or SMS.
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days after provider approval.
Shipments are commonly delivered through carriers such as:
UPS
FedEx
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
Pharmacy processing volume
Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Shipping destination
Temperature-Controlled Packaging
Medications are packaged using insulated materials and cold packs designed to help maintain appropriate temperatures during transit.
Cold packs may thaw partially during shipping, which can be normal depending on travel time and outside temperatures.
Note: We continue to add new pharmacy partners over time. Packaging, labeling, shipment timing, and included materials may vary slightly depending on the pharmacy fulfilling your prescription.
When Your Shipment Arrives
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives and review the prescription label and included instructions before use.
If your package arrives:
Damaged
Opened
Leaking
Missing items
Unexpectedly warm
Please contact Mevo Health support so the pharmacy or a licensed provider can review the situation and advise you on next steps.
