What to Do If Your Package Arrives Warm

Learn what to do if your Mevo Health medication shipment arrives warm, including how to document the package, contact support, and wait for pharmacy guidance before use.

If your shipment arrives warm or the cold packs have fully melted, do not use the medication until the shipment has been reviewed.

Step 1: Take Photos

Please take clear photos of:

  • The inside of the shipping box

  • The medication vial

  • The cold packs

  • Shipping or prescription labels

  • Any visible damage or leakage

These photos help the pharmacy or support team evaluate the shipment condition.

Step 2: Contact Support Promptly

Reach out to Mevo Health support as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed.

A pharmacy representative or licensed provider may review:

  • Transit conditions

  • Packaging condition

  • Delivery timing

  • Medication temperature concerns

Step 3: Wait for Guidance

Do not inject or use the medication until you receive instructions from Mevo Health support or the dispensing pharmacy.

The team will advise whether:

  • The medication is appropriate to use

  • Additional review is needed

  • A replacement shipment or further action may be appropriate
