GLP-1 medications naturally reduce appetite, but they can also reduce thirst cues.

Staying hydrated helps with:

  • Constipation

  • Energy

  • Digestion

  • Weight loss

General guideline:

Aim for 60โ€“80 ounces (1.8โ€“2.4 liters) per day (more if active).

You donโ€™t need to force water, just sip throughout the day.

You can also hydrate with:

  • Herbal tea

  • Electrolyte drinks

  • Fruit-infused water

  • Broths

  • Low-sugar sports drinks
