Here’s how to eat comfortably:

Choose light, nutrient-rich meals:

  • Smoothies with protein

  • Yogurt with fruit

  • Eggs and whole-grain toast

  • Soups

  • Lean proteins + veggies

  • Simple bowls (rice, chicken, veggies)

Eat slowly and mindfully

Stop when you feel full; even small meals count.

Don’t skip meals entirely

You don’t need to force large meals, but aim for balanced nourishment.
