Our Tirzepatide vial contains:
72 mg in 4 mL → 18 mg per mL
This concentration is used for all titration and maintenance doses.
Whether you’re monthly or quarterly, you will always measure your dose the same way.
You will also receive a 100-unit insulin syringe, where:
1 mL = 100 units
1 big line = 10 units
1 small line = 2 units
Tirzepatide Dosing Table (18 mg/mL)

Why your syringe amount may look “in-between the lines”
Tirzepatide doses don’t always land on an exact line.
That’s completely normal.
Your vial contains more than enough medication to allow for rounding.
Follow the chart above, and you’ll be exactly where you need to be.
Important Notes
Inject once weekly, on the same day each week.
Rotate injection sites (stomach, thigh, or back of arm).
If your vial ever displays a different concentration (mg/mL), stop and contact support before injecting.
Always use the syringe that comes with your medication.
If you need help measuring your syringe, our support team is here for you anytime.
