It is very common for tracking information to appear unchanged for a short period of time, especially shortly after your shipping label is created.
In many cases, this does not mean there is a problem with your shipment.
Why Tracking May Not Update Right Away
Tracking may show statuses such as:
“Label Created”
“Shipment Ready for UPS/FedEx”
“Awaiting Carrier Pickup”
for 24–72 hours because:
The pharmacy created the shipping label before final packaging
Your medication is still being prepared
The carrier has not scanned the package yet
The package is in transit between facilities before the next scan updates
Tracking activity may also pause temporarily during:
Weekends or holidays
Weather delays
High shipping volume periods
When to Contact Support
If your tracking number has not updated for more than 3 business days, please contact Mevo Health support so the shipment can be reviewed.
The team may:
Check pharmacy fulfillment status
Review carrier activity
Investigate possible shipping delays
Provide next steps if needed

Temporary tracking delays are common and usually resolve once the carrier performs the next package scan.
