How the Mevo Health Program Works

Mevo Health is a fully virtual program that connects eligible patients with licensed medical providers to determine whether GLP-1 or GIP/GLP-1 treatment may be appropriate for them.

The process typically includes four main steps:

1. Complete Your Online Medical Intake

You will complete a health questionnaire that includes information about:

  • Current medications

  • Symptoms and health concerns

  • Weight-loss or wellness goals

Providing accurate information helps your provider evaluate whether treatment may be appropriate for you.

2. Provider Review and Medical Evaluation

Some states may require a short live video or audio consultation before treatment can be approved.

3. Medication Processing and Shipping

If approved:

  • Your prescription is sent to a partner pharmacy

  • Your medication is prepared and packaged

  • Shipments are sent in temperature-controlled packaging

  • Tracking information is provided once available

Shipping timelines can vary depending on pharmacy processing and delivery location.

4. Ongoing Support and Follow-Up

After starting treatment, you may continue receiving support for:

  • Injection guidance

  • Dose adjustments

  • Refill check-ins

  • General treatment questions

  • Progress updates and follow-up care
