Learn how to log into your Mevo Health portal using your password or magic link, plus troubleshooting tips for login or email access issues.

You can access your Mevo Health portal to manage your treatment, view shipment updates, complete refill check-ins, and contact support.

How to Log In

  1. Visit: portal.mevohealth.com

  2. Click Sign In

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account

  4. Choose your preferred login method:

    • Password

    • Magic link sent to your email

Using a Magic Link

If you choose the magic link option:

  • A secure login link will be emailed to you

  • Open the email and click the link to access your portal

If you do not see the email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Wait a few minutes for delivery

  • Request a new magic link if needed
