How to Reset Your Password or Recover Your Account

Learn how to reset your Mevo Health password, recover your account, use magic link login, and troubleshoot common portal access issues.

If you forgot your password or are having trouble accessing your account, you can reset your login credentials through the Mevo Health portal.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the Mevo Health login page

  2. Click Forgot Password

  3. Enter the email address connected to your account

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email

  5. Follow the instructions to create a new password

Using Magic Link Login

If you sign in using magic links:

  • A password is not required

  • You can request a new login link each time you sign in

  • The login link will be sent to your email address

If you do not receive the email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Wait a few minutes and try again

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address

Lost Access to Your Email?

If you no longer have access to the email connected to your account, please contact support for assistance.

Additional verification may be required before account access can be updated or restored.

Note: For security and privacy reasons, account recovery requests may require identity verification before changes can be made.

Reset links and magic login links may expire after a short period of time for security purposes.
