Steps to Update Your Payment Method
Log into your Mevo Health portal
Go to Billing & Plan
Select Update Payment Method
Enter your new card information
Save your changes
Your updated payment method will be used for future renewals and billing cycles.
What Happens If a Payment Fails?
If a payment cannot be processed:
Your refill or renewal may be temporarily paused
Shipment processing may be delayed until payment is updated
You may receive a notification or reminder to update your billing information
