How to Update Your Payment Method

You can update your payment information directly through your Mevo Health portal.

Steps to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Log into your Mevo Health portal

  2. Go to Billing & Plan

  3. Select Update Payment Method

  4. Enter your new card information

  5. Save your changes

Your updated payment method will be used for future renewals and billing cycles.

What Happens If a Payment Fails?

If a payment cannot be processed:

  • Your refill or renewal may be temporarily paused

  • Shipment processing may be delayed until payment is updated

  • You may receive a notification or reminder to update your billing information
