How Billing Works (Monthly vs Multi-Month Plans)

Learn how Mevo Health billing works for monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and maintenance plans, including billing schedules, shipment timing, and plan flexibility.

Mevo Health offers flexible treatment plans designed to fit different preferences, refill schedules, and long-term treatment goals.

Your billing schedule depends on the plan you select.

Monthly Plan

The monthly plan is billed every 30 days.

If prescribed by your licensed provider, medication is typically shipped monthly based on your refill schedule and treatment plan.

Patients on monthly plans may request cancellation before their next billing date.

3-Month Plan

The 3-month plan is billed upfront every 3 months.

If prescribed, medication may ship quarterly or according to your provider’s treatment instructions and refill schedule.

Patients who prefer more flexibility may request to switch to a monthly plan at any time.

6-Month Plan

The 6-month plan is billed upfront every 6 months.

Medication may still ship according to your prescribed refill schedule, depending on your treatment plan and pharmacy fulfillment timing.

This option is commonly chosen by patients who prefer longer-term scheduling and fewer renewals.

Maintenance Plans

Maintenance plans may include lower-dose treatment options when clinically appropriate.

These plans are intended for patients whose provider has determined that a maintenance schedule is suitable for their ongoing care.

Medication shipments continue according to your prescribed refill schedule if treatment is prescribed.

Viewing Your Billing Information

You can view your billing details, renewal dates, subscription information, and refill schedule at any time through your Mevo Health patient portal.
