Learn how to switch between monthly and multi-month Mevo Health plans, including billing cycles, refill timing, shipment considerations, and when plan changes take effect.

How to Switch Plans (Monthly to Multi-Month or Vice Versa)

Mevo Health offers flexible plan options, including monthly, 3-month, and 6-month plans. Eligible patients may request a plan change based on their treatment preferences and billing needs.

Available Plan Options

Current plan options may include:

  • Monthly plan (billed every 30 days)

  • 3-month plan (billed upfront every 3 months)

  • 6-month plan (billed upfront every 6 months)

Multi-month plans may include savings compared to monthly billing.

How to Request a Plan Change

To switch plans, please contact the Mevo Health support team for assistance.

Plan changes cannot currently be completed directly through the patient portal.

Support can help review:

  • Your current plan

  • Upcoming refill timing

  • Billing cycle details

  • Available plan options

When Does the New Plan Take Effect?

Plan changes apply to an upcoming refill order.

Timing may depend on:

  • Your current refill schedule

  • Pending shipments or pharmacy processing

  • Your current billing cycle

If a refill has already entered processing, changes may apply to a later refill cycle.

Billing and Refill Considerations

  • Monthly plans renew every 30 days

  • 3-month and 6-month plans are billed upfront

  • Multi-month plans may ship differently depending on pharmacy fulfillment schedules

  • Pricing and included services may vary by plan type

Your billing details are typically reviewed before plan changes are finalized.

Need Additional Help?

Please review your upcoming refill and billing dates before requesting a plan change, as pending shipments or pharmacy processing may affect when changes can take effect.
