How to Cancel Your Treatment

If you would like to cancel your treatment plan, you can do so directly through your Mevo Health account or by contacting support for assistance.

To cancel through your account:

  1. Log in to your Mevo Health account

  2. Navigate to the Treatments section

  3. Click on your current treatment plan

  4. Open the Manage tab

  5. Select Cancel Membership and follow the prompts

Important Information

  • Cancellation timing may affect upcoming billing or refill orders

  • Orders already in pharmacy processing or shipment preparation may not be eligible for cancellation

  • Access to treatment-related services may end after cancellation is completed

Note: If you have questions about your billing cycle, refill timing, or account status, please contact support before canceling.
