If you previously paused or delayed your treatment, you can request to resume your shipments through your Mevo Health portal.
To resume treatment:
Log into your Mevo Health portal
Go to Refills
Select Resume Shipment or submit a refill request
Confirm your preferred shipment timing
Resuming treatment may require provider review depending on how long your treatment has been paused, your medication history, and state requirements.

Additional verification or provider approval may be required before treatment can resume in certain cases. Some states may require a short live video or audio consultation before treatment can be approved.
