How to Pause or Delay Your Treatment
To pause or delay your treatment:
Log into your Mevo Health portal
Navigate to the Treatment section
Select your current treatment plan and click Manage
From there, you’ll see the option to take a break or pause your treatment
Important Information
Shipment pauses and delays do not typically require provider approval. You can request them whenever needed directly through your account or by contacting support.
Shipping timelines may still vary slightly depending on pharmacy processing and carrier transit times, so requesting changes in advance is recommended whenever possible.
