Your shipment includes everything needed to help you begin or continue your treatment safely.
Depending on your prescription type, your shipment includes:
Your prescribed medication vial(s) or tablets
Syringes for injections
Alcohol prep pads or wipes
Medication instructions and prescription labeling
Patients prescribed tablets will receive the tablets needed for that treatment period.
Multi-Month Shipments
If you ordered a multi-month plan (such as a 3-month plan), your shipment may include:
Multiple medication vials or medication boxes
Separate syringes
Alcohol prep pads
Please review your shipment carefully to make sure all items are included inside the packaging.
If you receive multiple medication vials for different treatment months, always use the correct vial for the correct month of your treatment schedule.
Important: Always read the prescription label on each vial before injecting. If you are unsure which vial or dose to use, please contact support before taking your medication.
What Your Shipment May Look Like
Your package may include individually packaged syringes, alcohol prep pads, and labeled medication containers prepared by one of our licensed pharmacy partners.
Because we work with multiple pharmacy partners, packaging and labeling may vary slightly between shipments.
