What If My Medication Looks Different?

Learn what changes in medication appearance may be normal, including bottle size, labels, and packaging, and when to contact support about cloudiness, discoloration, particles, or leakage.

Because we work with multiple licensed pharmacy partners, your medication may occasionally look different from previous shipments.

Small differences in packaging or appearance can be normal and may include:

  • Bottle or vial size

  • Label format or design

  • Cap color

  • Syringe packaging

  • Pharmacy branding or packaging materials

Your medication solution should still appear clear and properly sealed when it arrives.

What Is Usually Normal?

Depending on the pharmacy fulfilling your prescription, it is normal for:

  • Labels to look different

  • Packaging to vary

  • Bottle shapes or sizes to change

  • Syringes or alcohol pads to be packaged differently

These differences do not necessarily mean there is a problem with your medication.

Important: Always read the prescription label included with your current shipment before taking your medication.

When to Contact Support

Do not use your medication and contact support if you notice:

  • Cloudiness

  • Floating particles

  • Discoloration

  • Leakage

  • Broken seals

  • Cracked vials or damaged packaging

Our support team can help review the shipment and coordinate with the pharmacy or licensed provider if needed.
