You can update your shipping address at any time before your next refill shipment is processed.
How to Update Your Shipping Address
Log into your Mevo Health portal
Go to Manage Account
Click the Billing & Shipping tab
Locate the Shipping & Billing Address section
Click the edit icon
Enter your updated shipping address
Save your changes
Your updated address will apply to future shipments that have not yet entered processing or transit.
Important Information
If your package has already shipped or is currently in transit, address changes usually cannot be made.
To help avoid delays or delivery issues, we recommend updating your shipping address as early as possible before your next refill date.
