What If My Package Requires a Signature?

Learn what happens if your Mevo Health shipment requires a signature, including missed delivery attempts, carrier re-delivery options, and package pickup information.

Most Mevo Health shipments do not require a signature at delivery.

However, a signature may occasionally be required if:

  • You live in an apartment or secured building

  • The carrier identifies your area as higher risk for package theft

  • The dispensing pharmacy adds signature confirmation for security

  • Signature delivery is requested for the shipment

What Happens If You Miss the Delivery?

If a signature is required and no one is available to receive the package:

  • The carrier may attempt delivery again

  • A delivery notice may be left with additional instructions

  • You may be able to reschedule delivery directly with the carrier

  • You may be able to pick up the package at a local carrier location, depending on carrier policies

Important Information

Tracking updates will usually indicate whether:

  • A signature is required

  • Delivery was attempted

  • The package is being held for pickup

Please monitor your tracking information closely once your package is out for delivery.
