Refunds & When They Apply

When you can (and cannot) receive refunds.

Mevo Health offers a full refund if:

  • You complete the intake but are not medically approved by the provider.

Refunds are not available after:

  • Medication has shipped

  • Your provider has approved treatment

  • A refill has already been processed

  • Your plan has renewed and medication is in preparation

Why?
Once a prescription is issued or medication is prepared, pharmacies cannot legally accept returns.
