You complete the intake but are not medically approved by the provider.
Refunds are not available after:
Medication has shipped
Your provider has approved treatment
A refill has already been processed
Your plan has renewed and medication is in preparation
Why?
Once a prescription is issued or medication is prepared, pharmacies cannot legally accept returns.
