To cancel:
Log into your portal
Go to Billing & Plan
Click Cancel Plan
Your account stays active so you can:
Restart anytime
Access your records
Manage past orders
To restart, just log in and select a new plan, you won’t need to redo the entire intake unless your medical situation has changed.
