You still have medication from a previous fill
You are traveling
You are experiencing side effects
Your provider recommends staying on your current dose longer
You need flexibility based on your personal schedule
How to request a pause
Log into your Mevo Health portal
Go to Refills
Select Pause Shipment
Choose your preferred date or submit your request
Pause requests may require review by a licensed provider, depending on your treatment plan and refill history. Your provider will determine whether pausing or delaying is clinically appropriate.
Resuming your shipment
You may request to resume your shipments at a later time. Resuming treatment is also subject to provider approval and medication availability.
Some states may require a short live video or audio consultation before treatment can be approved.
